As restrictions slowly start to lift and we plan for our re-opening on the 18th July, we have put in place a number of measures to keep our staff, you our customers and our local community safe. There will be some changes to how we meet and greet you and a few additional steps we have to take in the booking process, but once you are here, we will still be running our award winning quad bike and off road tours (Buggies) to the same meticulous standards as always.
We want to make your time with us all about escaping to the great outdoors, miles and miles of tracks to explore and stunning views to take in, leaving all the woes of the past few months behind us.
With that in mind, we will be asking all guests to complete the contact and tracking information before arriving for your tour, our duty of care form will now be online and will include a self declaration regarding Covid symptoms and pre-payment will be taken on the morning of your tour to avoid unnecessary and prolonged contact with our sales staff.
We have purchased a new style of helmet that makes cleaning easier and more effective and have enough so that helmets aren't reused in the same day, we will not be able to offer free waterproof clothing as we have in the past, but boots and gloves will still be available, as will waterproof suits to purchase and keep at only £8 per set.
We have tried to think through all of our processes and will be following government guidelines to the full, cleaning regimes, social distancing, and limiting some of our close contact activities, but this is as new to us as it will be to you, so bear with us, be kind, offer advice and most of all enjoy your escape to the great outdoors.
